Mission

Grace HW2 Foundation exists to empower individuals and communities though programs that promote physical wellness, emotional healing, financial literacy, self-worth, spiritual growth, and community support. The organization provides charitable oitreach, education, mentoring, and resources designed to strengthen undeserved populations and improve qualityof life through holistic wellness and empowerment initiatives.
